Oreo, the iconic and globally recognized cookie brand, is offering its consumers a spectacular and unique opportunity: they will have the chance to register their packages to participate in a raffle that will offer a fully paid trip to space in one of Space Perspective's spacecraft.
The iconic cookie brand has decided to innovate in advertising in order to give its cookie a new twist, with the participation of Mexican astronaut Katya Echazarreta, a pioneer as the first Mexican woman to travel into space. They have found a solution to enjoy the unique ritual of dipping Oreo cookies in milk, even in the microgravity of space.
After a call for entries that lasted approximately one month and thanks to the enthusiastic participation of Tec de Monterrey students, who actively collaborated, they have managed to bring the brand and an astronaut together in space.
During a conference at the institution, Echazarreta presented the result: a glass designed with contributions from those who joined the challenge.

Oreo's social media initiative to design prototypes of a space cup capable of recreating the ritual of "dipping" in microgravity conditions marked a milestone in the industry.
The brand aims to become the first to take cookies into space. This collaboration came about after an interaction on social media between Oreo and young astronaut Katya Echazarreta, who accepted the challenge of finding a solution to this gravitational problem.
Oreo's "Special Connections, Space Connections" campaign not only seeks to fulfill children's dreams of becoming astronauts, but has also launched a limited edition of Oreo Chopeo Espacial (Chopeo is how dipping cookies is known in Mexico).
These cookies, with space-themed designs and cosmic blue cream filling, aim to take consumers on a unique flavor journey.
Each cookie is decorated with layers of blue and pink "cosmic cream," featuring marshmallow and candy flavors that create a supernova explosion sensation with every bite.
The out-of-this-world cookies also feature one of five galactic embossed designs and, for the first time in the iconic cookies' history, a small cutout in the cookie itself, allowing fans to look through the cookie and see the colorful cream.
