Happy Happiness Day to everyone!
We would especially like to wish all companies and teams well. Because work is one of the places where we spend most of our time during the week. Our life is a whole, both professional and personal. So, we musttake care of happiness in all areas. If every person on our team is happy, then we will succeed in being ahappy company.

One of the most representative figures in positive psychology, Martin Seligman, states that...
To understand well-being, we also need to understand personal strengths and virtues. When well-being comes from using our strengths and virtues, our lives are imbued with authenticity.
Remember! Any company can be the happiest in the world; it just needs to define its own list of values and actions.
1# There are no schedules
Theflexibilityof being able to start earlier or later makes it easier for us to balance our professional and personal lives. Of course, we always take each other into account and make sure that no service is ever left uncovered.
2# Retreats: team getaways
We like to go on "spiritual" and professionalretreatstogether. In our case, we choose to seek out nature and retreat to rural houses. This allows us to disconnect from our routine, get to know each other better, have a good time, and define the company's objectives for the coming months.

3# Work from anywhere
Many people associateteleworkingwith working from home to better balance family needs, but we can always look beyond that and understand that you can be connected from anywhere in the world. There is only one condition:agreeing with the rest of the team and ensuring that everyone is happy. This requires a process of adaptation, as you are working remotely and at different times.

4# Distribution of profits
In many companies, only managers or salespeople receive bonuses or commissions for achieving targets. We believe thatwhen we make a profit, it is because the whole team has worked hardto achieve it. Profits are shared among everyone.
5# Weekly meals
The company treats us to sushi! Every Monday,we eat together afterthe weekly meeting. Most of the time, we opt for Japanese food, as we are big fans, and while we eat, talk, and laugh, we discuss the company's values and give an example that represents them, based on something that happened to us the previous week.

6# Greet people when you arrive
A "good morning" or "hello"brightens everyone's day. Greeting your team when you arrive is important. It shows that you care, are interested, and are personable. Arriving and leaving in silence is very sad.

7# Give thanks
A smile and a thank you open many doors. Professional ones, and also those in people's hearts. You value what others do and let them know that they have helped you.
8# We love surprises!
We like to surprise each other. After a trip, we usually bring something to eat to share with the team. We organize surprise anniversary dinners or to cheer someone up if they have been through something difficult.

9# Trust
This may be the most important point.Trustis the core of Cyberclick. When we join the team, we are given 100% trust. Ultimately, the requirement is to maintain standards and trust others. For example, no one in the company has to provide proof if they go to the doctor or are delayed on a trip. We trust that everyone manages their time and can have unforeseen circumstances. Ultimately, the important thing is to meet objectives.
10# People come first
We understand that without the people on the team, the company would not exist. We are the DNA that permeates everything and brings the brand to life. If people are happy, feel fulfilled, and work at what they love, they will do everything with more enthusiasm and excitement, and the results will come naturally.
Is authenticity, well-being, and self-fulfillment what makes us happy?
In our opinion, yes, anyone can become one with hard work and dedication.
